Leases & Tenant Screening Process

XL Property Management's lease package includes all the necessary legal documents and addendum's to give you maximum protection including:  Lease agreement, additional lease provisions, rules and regulations, rent due date information, self addressed payment envelopes, maintenance information and a move-in checklist. Our mission is to rent to qualified residents who will pay on time, every time.  We perform credit checks, background checks, employment verifications and review past/current rental history.  Our process is supported through the Rental Property Owners Association and generates reliable and qualified applicants.


We provide professional property maintenance and emergency service.  XL Property Management will protect your investment and increase resident satisfaction.  We will professionally manage all maintenance requests for your properties 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. While most work can be completed by XL Property Management staff, we also have a vast network of efficient and economical subcontractors at our disposal.

Financial Reporting

Our system provides complete, accurate and reliable accounting records of every income and expense that affects your property.  This data is available to you in report form at your request and will be part of your monthly and year end statements. Every month clients will receive an owner's statement along with the balance payment of their account.
