Tim Hoffer is a licensed MI Realtor with over 20 years experience in real estate marketing and leasing. Tim's primary focus is on keeping properties occupied and is the enforcer of all XL Property Management's collections policies. He effectively maintains all accounts receivables and remedies all non-payment situations through expedient possession and eviction processes. Tim has a thorough understanding of the court process and protects each client's property as well as their respective cash flow. Tim manages all leasing and renewals and is the first line of contact for all prospective clients, tenants and homeowners.

 

Randy VanHeukelum - Director of Maintenance

Randy VanHeukelum is a licensed MI Realtor and contractor with over 20 years experience in construction management and maintenance for multi-family properties. Randy's primary focus is maintaining the condition of all client properties to the highest of standards while promptly restoring them to rentable fashion following each vacancy. Randy works side by side with property owners to approve all repairs, construction and remodeling projects. Randy effectively manages XL Property Management's network of subcontractors and is the first line of contact for all tenant maintenance requests and owner inquiries.

Our system provides complete, accurate and reliable accounting records of every income and expense that affects your property.  This data is available to you in report form at your request and will be part of your monthly and year end statements. Every month clients will receive an owner's statement along with the balance payment of their account.
